Elgin “Senior 418” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1931.
The “Senior 418” has a large cushion-shaped case with an engraved bezel and was priced to consumers at $26.00 in 1931. This example is in crisp, near mint condition with no brassing. Caseback is superb and unengraved. The case measures 35mm long and 29mm wide. Original new old stock black outline numeral dial is superb. The watch is powered by its correct 7-jewel Elgin grade 485 movement.
