Gruen “Practitioner” men’s Retro Modern design wristwatch in steel and pink gold fill, circa 1942.
This smaller-sized watch has steel case with the lugs and center band around the case body being pink gold fill. This example is in excellent condition with light brassing to the edges of the pink gold fill. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. The case measures 32mm long and 28mm wide. Original gray dial is excellent, has silver Roman numerals and tracks. Acrylic crystal is excellent. This watch is powered by its correct 15-jewel Gruen grade 411SS sweep second movement.
