Hamilton “Cushion Form Engraved” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill, circa 1932.
This is the final and most stylized version of this popular watch and has a flared and ornately engraved case body, as well as stunning high Art Deco stylized Southwestern thunderbird motif bezel engravings. It was priced to consumers at $60.00 in 1932 with the applied gold numeral dial. This example is in excellent condition with only a few specks of brassing to the bezel corners. Caseback is excellent, with an engraving. The case measures 33mm long and 29mm wide. Original two-tone enamel inlaid dial has solid 18K gold applied numerals. Has new glass crystal. Has original green gold filled crown. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 987-F movement.
