Scarce Hamilton “Tonneau” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in solid 14K white gold, circa 1932.
The “Tonneau” is scarce in solid gold; only 1,896 were sold in white. It was priced to consumers at $85.00 in 1932. This example is in excellent condition showing only light wear. The caseback is excellent, with a monogram. Case measures 34mm long and 28mm wide. Aged two-tone dial is very good. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel grade 987-F Hamilton movement.
