Rare Hamilton “Tonneau Engraved” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in solid 14K green gold, circa 1928. The “Tonneau Engraved” is scarce in sold gold; only 675 were sold in green. It was priced to consumers at $87.00 in 1928. This example is in excellent condition showing only light wear. The caseback is excellent and unengraved. Case measures 34mm long and 28mm wide. Refinished two-tone dial is superb. Has new glass crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 17-jewel grade 987 Hamilton movement.
