Scarce Hamilton “Cushion Form” men’s Streamline Moderne design wristwatch in solid 14K green gold, circa 1928.
The solid gold version of the “Cushion Form” was priced to consumers at $75.00 in 1928 and Hamilton factory records indicate that a mere 2,119 examples were produced in green. This is the first I have offered in many years. This example is in excellent condition showing only very light wear. Caseback is excellent, with a small monogram. The case measures 35mm long and 27mm wide. Refinished exploding luminous dial is superb. Has new glass crystal. Watch is powered its correct 17-jewel Hamilton grade 987 movement.
