Scarce Elgin “Engraved Tank” ladies Art Deco design wristwatch in solid 14K white gold, circa 1928.
This watch has ornate Art Deco designs on the bezel with black inlay. It was priced at $60.00 in 1928. It is in excellent condition showing only very light wear. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. The case measures 27mm long and 17mm wide. Original dial is superb. Has new glass crystal. Watch is powered by its correct 15-jewel Elgin 484 movement. Has original silk grosgrain ribbon with solid 14K gold clasp.
