Elgin “Huron” men’s Retro Modern design wristwatch in 10K yellow rolled gold plate and stainless steel, circa 1958.
The “Huron” has a large square case with a textured finish punctuated by black inlaid markers at each hour. This example is in crisp, excellent condition with no brassing. Steel caseback is superb and unengraved, with all of its factory brushed finish. The case measures 36mm long and 28mm wide. Original dial is superb. Glass crystal is perfect. This watch is powered by its correct 17 jewel Elgin grade 712 movement. Original metal stretch bracelet is superb, original inner and outer boxes are excellent.
