Elgin “Campus” men’s Art Deco design wristwatch in steel, circa 1934.
Although in an unsigned case, I believe this watch to be part of Elgin’s Campus series. It has a brickwork pattern on the bezel and a recessed crown. It is in near mint condition showing no wear, with all of its alternating frosted and polished finish intact. Caseback is superb and unengraved. Case measures 39mm long and 21mm wide. Original dial is excellent. Has new glass crystal. Watch is powered by its correct 7 jewel Elgin grade 488 movement.
