Gruen “Cartouche 295” ladies’ Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill with black enamel, circa 1930.
The “Cartouche 295” has Art Deco stylized designs on the bezel inlaid with black enamel. It is in crisp, excellent condition with no brassing. Enamel is superb. Caseback is excellent, with an engraving. The case measures 27mm long and 16mm wide. Original two-tone enamel-inlaid dial is excellent. Glass crystal is excellent. Watch is powered its correct 15 jewel Gruen Guild grade 155 movement.
