Scarce Hamilton “Golden Tempo R” men’s Retro Modern design wristwatch in 10K yellow gold fill, circa 1962.
This simple round watch has a fantastic, multi-color textured dial. Originally sold with a matching multi-color metal bracelet, it was priced to consumers at $100.00 in 1962. This example is in excellent condition with only a few specks of brassing to the lug tips, and some wear on the inside of the lugs from a metal bracelet. Caseback is excellent and has a presentation engraving, and two small areas of wear near the crown. The case measures 38mm long and 33mm wide. Original multi-color dial is superb. Has new crystal. This watch is powered by its correct 22 jewel Hamilton grade 770 movement.
