Scarce Elgin “Model 127” ladies’ Art Deco design wristwatch in 14K white gold fill with diamonds and sapphires, and green and black enamel, circa 1929.

This model has a rim of bright green enamel and a diamond-shaped dial surrounded by black geometric black enamel, as well as two small diamonds and four synthetic blue sapphires. It was priced to consumers at $72.00 in 1929. This is only the second example I have offered of this scarce model. It is in excellent condition with just a tiny amount of brassing in each corner. Enamel is superb and complete. Caseback is excellent and unengraved, with a speck of wear in each corner. The case measures 30mm long and 17mm wide. Original dial is superb. Glass crystal is excellent. This watch is powered by its correct 7 jewel Elgin grade 488 movement.
