Bulova “Engineer” men’s Retro Modern design wristwatch in 14K pink gold fill, circa 1942.
The “Engineer” has rectangular pink gold filled case with prominent streamlined bullet-shaped lugs. It was priced at $49.50. This example is in excellent condition with no brassing. Caseback is excellent, with a name engraving and a tiny bit of wear in the corners. The case measures 33mm long and 22mm wide. Refinished dial is superb, has copper finish and black painted exploding numerals. Has new glass crystal. Watch is powered by its correct 21 jewel Bulova grade 8AE movement.
