Scarce Elgin “Model 3215” men’s Streamline Moderne design pocket watch in 10K rose gold fill, circa 1942.
The “Model 3215” has an rose finished dial with red Roman numerals and was priced at $33.75 in 1942. Rose pocket watches by Elgin are quite scarce and this is the first I have offered. This example is in excellent condition with no brassing, just a few light marks. Caseback is excellent and unengraved. The case measures 45mm in diameter. Original rose finished dial is excellent. Has new acrylic crystal. The watch is powered by its correct 15-jewel Elgin grade 546 manual wind movement, just serviced and running well.
